Jira Integration

Import from Jira

Nemo supports importing issues from Jira, with a variety of helpful metadata:

• Nemo adds category options for the status and issue type of each imported node, so you can organize things in Nemo like you do in Jira.

• We also import any labels from Jira into Nemo.

• Releases/fixversions will be imported as labels on the corresponding nodes.

• If you have issues linked in Jira, we’ll create corresponding edges in Nemo so you can easily see those relationships, and even include edge types so you can distinguish different impacts.

  • If a Jira issue is marked as blocked by another issue, Nemo will show a “required by” edge type.
  • If a Jira issue is a child of another issue, Nemo will show a “child of” edge type.
  • All other Jira issue links will be reflected in Nemo as the default “relates to” edge type.

You can tell that a node is associated with a specific Jira issue because the node will have the Jira logo and issue key on it. Click the logo to access the linked issue in Jira.

Nemo uses Jira’s official OAuth2 secure authentication.

Nemo does not store the description, comments, attachments or other Jira content not directly referenced above.
